Trees surrounding street light L1TAR. You advised that the trees had been trimmed (reference 6440005) but an engineer has attended today (20/9/24) to try and repair the street light but it is still overgrown and we can't get access to the column. Please can you arrange for the trees to be trimmed thoroughly from all around the street lighting column from top to bottom

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 2 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 7 days.
