Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, the vegetation meets the criteria for a Priority 3 response. We will schedule vegetation clearance to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 is 14.3 days.

Customer would like an update regarding clearance of the vegetation and its becoming worst. Response time was confirmed as priority 3 however there has been no further action.
