Over grown hedging from private garden

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6440691.
This picture was taken 3 weeks ago and it has now grown more. The property number 1 wood rd has garden hedges overgrown into the path on wood lane. Its becoming really bad for people, elderly and pushchairs to walk on the pavement. When cars are parked along this road then you have to walk in the road .the properties garden runs along side wood lane but is no1 wood road

Investigation: Completed (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the NNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 28 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
