Damage to play park surface and lots of litter

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6368818.

Lots of the play surface at the park has been ripped up, causing trip hazard. Excessive litter, such as glass, mesh fence, wooden baton fence dumped.
