Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6365081.
The right of way has been totally obstructed beyond authority. The permission granted is for motor vehicles, the passage by foot, bicycle and horse should not have been obstructed without permission of Secretary of State, the permission should be posted at the site and details of alternative routes given. The test for requiring blanket obstruction has not been met and the bridge should be opened for non motor vehicle passage immediately. The diversion onto the a45 and a6 is totally inappropriate/unsafe for non-motor vehicles and the damage to the bridge is not sufficient to warrant its obstruction for these users.
