The hedges from two properties (No 1 & No 3) overhang and individuals have to walk in the road.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the NNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

Investigation: Ongoing (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry.
