Shelter seat broken

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6264882.

The bus shelter seat is broken by hanging on one side and the other part is touching the floor, there is sharp piece of metal where the metal is snapped in the middle. This is health and safety issue

  • Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for logging this issue.

    Our Control Hub have been notified to inspect the site and make it safe, and I have added the bus stop shelter seating to our maintenance list to be replaced.

    Please be aware that the process for replacing any damaged infrastructure should be no longer than 24 weeks, however levels of demand will affect these timescales.
