Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6245427.

The public footpath that runs up the field from Austin rise to station road is completely impassable due to flooding that has been there for a year now. This is not related to the weather it looks to be a drainage issue as there is a massive puddle there constantly now. It makes it impossible to walk that way.
