Regarding horrendous potholes on the Cranford Road, Great Addington, whilst proceedding along this road I was went down a pothole which I could not miss, due to its size plus oncoming traffic which resulted in damage to both ns wheels & tyres. How do I claim against this as I have now been advised I need to claim from Council as it is the fault of the Council (due to lack of proper maintenance)? Holes have been patched in past and then become bigger when they re-open

From looking closer at your map, it appears this is a different pothole to the one I am registering an incident again. Pothole is further up the Cranford road (differs to your 'update' location). I have checked the What3Words location today & the pothole I am attempting to registering an incident against is near the driveway to Patch Lodge Farm: Octagon.Machine.Roadways
