Overgrown brambles

The photo attached was taken 3 weeks ago, so this is now even more overgrown. I have come across people on mobility scooters and a wheel chair user who are struggling to get past! These are spikey brambles! People can't use the other side of the road because of all the dropped curbs and drive ways making it too uneven. Not suitable for mobility scooters or wheel chair. Really needs sorting ASAP for fair access to all people of Rothwell.
