Well established tree they would just like it trimmed back off their property

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. This has been reported to Openreach who carry out Maintenance on this assets. This defect is due to be fixed as soon as possible in alignment with there programme.

  • Customer called for an update - she cannot understand why this was referred to Openreach, due to it being an overgrown tree. The tree has since caused damage to the property and they would like an update. The tree still need trimming back
