Well established tree they would just like it trimmed back off their property

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. This has been reported to Openreach who carry out Maintenance on this assets. This defect is due to be fixed as soon as possible in alignment with there programme.
