Payment machines not accepting payment

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6203780.

You have no telephone numbers for me to contact you - I tried three machines twice to pay for parking and it wouldn’t accept my payment.

Your automated system has NO OPTION for payment meters - I don’t want a fine . My reg is MC19 YHL Location : irchester country park

Please advise of how I can I pay for my parking - I do not want to receive a fine and have to go through all this again with letters back and forth.
