The road is rapidly deteriorating even patches on existing drains inadequate road surface cracking and crumbling full length of spencer parade dangerous for motorbikes and push bikes especially.

    The bottom end of Spencer parade was inspected and no parking cones left but the main problems at the end nearest the church have been ignored

  • Investigation: Completed (Temporary Repair Completed - A permanent repair will be carried out in the next 28 days.) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and carried out an immediate temporary repair. In accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, a permanent repair will be completed within 28 days.

  • This is how slow our road repair system is over 7cm deep gouges in the road loose pot holes and the surveyor checked the wester side of the road patched one smaller hole but ignored the rest.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 126.2 days.
