Overgrown Layby in Nags Head Lane

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category by Mick Herd at 11:07, Fri 5 July 2024

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6194449.

Please review your inspection report on zero defects on the over grown layby in Nags Head Lane. This is a council owned hedge and layby and should be maintained properly on an annual basis. The sap from falling leaves and bird droppings are ruining the paintwork on parked cars. Also cars are being forced to park further into the road due to excess vegetation. This is increasing the access problem for cars, vans and large delivery vehicles. Even worse is the increased risk for pedestrians and cyclists as there is no footpath in this section of Nags Head Lane. Your report is not acceptable to an ongoing problem which should be addressed immediately. Many thanks, Mick Herd
