Overgrown weeds along walkway off Wilton Rd. Kettering NN15 5XJ. Weeds and overgrowth is higher than fencing to properties. Properties are next to The Spinney which lead to an area known as "The Wilderness". Has been an issue for many years and continues to be an area left out of regular maintenance near homes on the boundary.
