Overgrown trees

There are overgrown trees in the public park behind properties (bungalows) in Spring Gardens, Higham Ferrers. Our tenants are elderly and have advised they are going to get on ladders and cut the branches themselves if this is not attended to. This poses a big health and safety risk. The branches are encroaching onto our land and affecting outbuildings. Kind regards, Longhurst Group
