Re your ref 6079114
Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 21:51, Mon 17 June 2024
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6119885.
You state on that: “Investigation: Completed (Reported to a third party) - We have inspected the area and spoken to the homeowner(s) and the vegetation has been cut here. The area is safe. Thank you”. As you can see from the attached photo, the home owners have only chopped the overgrown bush on the corner of their garden. This junction is not safe! The rest of the shrubs have NOT been lowered and this continues to be a safety hazard. It is almost impossible to see vehicles travelling out of Loddington village on this 60MPH road. Please contact the owners of Three Chimneys again and ask them to lower all the shrubs to wall level. NB this is a continuing problem every year. Suggest you ask the owners to show some responsibility for road safety and keep these attended to and reduced in height regularly. Thank you.
