Overgrown Hedges

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 16:48, Sat 15 June 2024

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6111677.

Thus is property 27 Grombold Ave, also 21 is nearly as bad. You can't walk on the path easily & have to step on the grass bank. This is especially dangerous, as when wet is slippery and an accident waiting to happen. My nephew is partially sighted & now has to cross the road to walk safely. Mother's walk children toschool, together with pushchairs & is becoming more & more difficult. This has been reported previously but no action taken to resolve.

  • One property has trimmed the hedge but not the bottom part, so still a hazard for children, mothers with prams & anyone with a disability. No21 has not attempted to address the issue.
