Parking bay position causing daily near-miss collisions

The new parking bays added this week are too near the junction. There have been multiple near- miss vehicle collisions as cars turn from greenhill rise into hive street, with reduced visibility and no space the pass at the junction. Cars are being forced to reverse out into oncoming traffic on greenhill rise, up reverse all the way up to the top of hove street to create a place to pass. Hove street is a thoroughfare for all traffic in and out of the estate. It's a very busy road. This was a stupid place to introduce boxed parking, particularly when there are already 50 or so dedicated parking spaces just meters away on the other side of the road. A risk assessment is needed. The bat nearest the junction needs to be removed to reinstate space at the junction for cars to pass.
