Pedestrian light is showing green as well as green light for vehicles at the same time. Very dangerous.

Investigation: Completed (Fixed on site) - We can confirm that the traffic lights have had a timing change and we have forwarded the enquiry to the north area team to look into the foliage, to be done in 7 days.
