Repair done a week ago already breaking up

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5900165.

Its incredulous that the repair that was done has made the situation even worse. The whole area should have been cut out and a single repair done, not the patching that took place. It's already beginning to fail
