Gate on bridleway, latch is low and difficult to open on horseback as there is electric wire running along the top of the wooden rail on the adjacent field fence, which prevents ridden horse from getting close to gate to enable rider to open

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council 3 hours, 9 minutes later. ref: 5854236.
The electric fence has been the case for a long while, however the gate is now more difficult to open from horseback. It is not advisable to dismount to open gate as the railway runs very close and there is nowhere safe to remount.
