Serious flooding

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5808445.
On MIDLAND ROAD HIGHAM FERRERS, on the left hand side just before JOHN WHITE CLOSE there is a serious leak from the drain, water is going onto the road, this has now developed into stagnant water on the road, several potholes developing, unknown if this is rain water or sewage but this urgently needs fixing, the road can be closed as there are other routes available. This has gradually got worse over the last 2 months.
