Collapsed Drain

We had someone out February 2022 because the drain was blocked and the water was spilling over the drive way. The drain was cleared but when inspected the drain was found to be collapsed. Nothing has been done to rectified this problem although it’s been ok until recently. But once again it’s been spilling over onto our driveway. Additionally at the top of the driveway where the path meets the road there is an elongated pothole that runs the width of the drive way. This posses a danger to my husband who is a motor cyclist when he manoeuvres onto and off the road.
