Water leak - taking the path and collapsed verge into water hole

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5758617.

Reported to Anglian water - confirmed not there pipe and to report to KBC. Placed cone as confirmed it’s dangerous for walkers.

Pipe has gone and water is coming at some pace from underground. Taking the path away with it as it runs off to the stream in the field.

    This has been flooded for nearly 2 weeks. Walkers are definitely at risk with the size of the hole. The water is too deep to walk through unless wearing Wellington boots. Anglian water have passed this to KBC so please can this be fixed before someone incurs a nasty foot/ankle injury

  • Is anyone going to fix this!! This has been flooded for a long time now and shoes and socks etc are getting soaked trying to pass!

  • This is getting even worse. The footpath is disintegrated where the water has eroded it away and the water that has flooded the footpath comes to above the top of my walking boots

  • Obviously KBC don't give a rats **** if people that people their council tax injury themselves here or ruin footwear trying to wade through a path that completely immerses footwear and soaking socks just to use a public footpath! Get your act together, take responsibility and fix the damn thing!
