Rubbish left behind by road sweeper

Road sweeper has been by leafblown the path and then continued to clear the roads to a point but looks like they forgot to turn on the vacuum or the tash compartment is full so there's a trail of rubbish left behind in all the bus bays I have a video of the sweeper in question and a video 10 mins afterwards if needed
