Parking on double yellow lines at junction

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5493048.

Double yellow lines were installed several years ago at the Collingwood/Kingsthorpe Avenue junction. At least 4/5 vehicles park on these making it impossible to get in and out the junction without causing havoc, this is doubled with negotiating numerous potholes too!
