Beside 18 main street under archway into carpar

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5078719.

Beside 18 Main Street under the archway into car park, there is a manhole cover and the bricks around it have become very loose. So much so that I tripped over one of the bricks today. If I remove the loose bricks it will leave a large hole.
