Potential accident in South Avenue

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5025354.

Need to stop the youths climbing onto the telephone junction box in South Ave , the police DON,T respond to requests !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
