Illegal parking - Accident waiting to happen

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 4928515.

Black Audi parks on Collingwood Avenue, right on Nelson Road junction. Scary when coming out of Nelson Road onto Collingwood as you cannot see a thing. I've had a few near misses myself and witnessed many more. Not only is it inconsiderate and dangerous it's also illegal.
