Footpath and entrance to houses/parking

Owner of the end house parks this white car or VW camper can at the end of the entrance to residence houses/parking making it very difficult to gain access to the entrance for other residents to park in their designated parking spots and also limit the use of the footpath to the fields behind causing residents to have to walk on the road around the car/van to access the field. This has been on going for 3 years +

    This issue is still ongoing, it is either the mini, the camper van in the background of the photo or the white Tesla as per previous image. This restricts/makes it very difficult to manoeuvre cars for the other houses
