Road subsidence to a depth of 6”.

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 4592448.

Several minor potholes have recently been repaired in Cowper Street and Beatrice Road very well. However, there is a large depression in the road - Cowper Street - probably caused by close- by building work - which seems to have gone unnoticed by your street inspectors. As a local resident it would be lovely to see this depression filled. Many thanks.

  • The building contractors are coming to the end of the job. Hopefully the road will be restored to somewhere near level!

  • Diddly squat happening to the road, but new residents moving into the newly constructed houses in the same road. Should compound the problem even more. We patiently wait………

  • The building work has finished in the street. There really is no excuse for the work not to be done. Plenty of opportunity for the sinkage to be repaired now. More cars and people are using the street, which affords more opportunity for AN ACCIDENT TO HAPPEN!
