Cannot get access out of the flat registered disabled person cannot is stuck in her flat. This needs fixing asap

  • This has been reported by myself(tenant)&Adult Social care & Fire brigade &independent living over the last 12 months. I'm Disabled and have Almost Fallen several times, so I don't, can't get out anymore.
