Thirlmere close cars are parking in these residential parking and we don't have space to park the cars.what will we do for this we notified the cars owners and still they are parking here for hospital duty

This area is covered by a permit parking scheme and, where vehicles are parked on the public highway without a valid permit, North Northamptonshire Council may be able to take enforcement action and issue Penalty Charge Notices.
However, our Civil Enforcement Officers must be physically present to observe and issue any notices, and as a limited resource they cannot be in all locations at all times. To help address the concerns raised, they will arrange additional visits to the area in the near future.
If the vehicles are parked within private residential car parks rather than on the public highway, unfortunately neither the Council's Enforcement Team nor the Highways Service has any authority to take action. In those circumstances, the matter would be a civil issue for the landowner or managing agent to pursue.
