Bollard hit hard now the bollard is lifting up.

This has been hit hard 3 times in the last month. It is making the bollard now needs to be reset in the ground. If the bollard was not there it is a danger to pedestrians and the corner of 151 Mill rd House as it is a corner second floor. More bollards may be needed to protect as there is no raised cerb. On Wood Street Kettering just outside the school there are two corner houses protected by Bollards. With 4 to 5 bollards on each corner to protect homes and pedestrians . As once when the bollard was taken out a man & his daughter were almost his by a car cutting the corner. If it had been a van it would have taken the corner of bedroom. The vans hit 5/8/26,25/8/26 & 1/9/26 the time and date in the corner of the pictures. I would have included more pictures but hit the limit at 3.
