There is huge bush outside 17 19 21 Kettering road obstruction view from driveway and crossing the road.

Overgrown hedge cannot see when pulling out of drive or crossing the road. Daily near misses. Council normally cuts back once twice a year but they have not been this year. There is also rats living in that hedge now as it is so overgrown. There are visible dead ones in the vegetation
