Vegetation encroaching onto the pathway adjacent to and along this pathway severely restricting access at the Donne Close end. Also, theHEIGHT of the shrubs and trees, along the entire length of the path, results in very dark shadows being cast after dark, making it an unsafe place to walk. This matter has not been fully dealt with for years. The assessor needs to experience the pathway at nighttime.
