Suspected dead tree

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 10000049.

A resident has reported this trees is severely hanging over their boundary line, parts of the tree are dead and covered in ivy. Although this trees is on Raunds Town Council land, this is not on our tree surveys or tree maps therefore we are reporting it to NNC as it is on your map as an NNC tree.
